OK my final is done. We won. Now I need to sort myself out. I wanna put on 5 KG then I wanna cut and I want to get fast again. I got to play safety for the majority of the game on Sunday and it felt amazing. I missed it. I wanna go back. Outside linebacker ain't for me coz I don't wanna put on the extra 15-20KG I'd need to be great at it. So I'm gonna get my speed back. Very excited about the next few months in the gym. Yeah buddy!

tbh i can pretty much 99% guarantee you have never used a prowler. If you're going to give obscure recommendations at least post your sources because its stupid trying to drop knowledge on something you have no experience of and probably have never used, this is why i dont listen to skinny guys in gym.5 minutes on bodybuilding.com and they think they're certified level 99 strength coaches.

things r going well for me atmrunning every morning training 5 evenings per weekjust need to fix my diet.. its not TOO bad, tell me what u think though;7:00AM: Wake, run 25 mins.9:00AM: Oatmeal w raisins, walnuts, cinnamon11:30:AM: Bowl of fruit (Pineapple, Melon, Mango, Grapes, Strawberrys) + half a sandwich (Wholegrain w Turkey+Salad)1:30PM: Sushi (Brown rice w Spicy Tuna) + half a sandwich (Wholegrain w turkey+salad)5:30PM: Workout, around 2 hours (Boxing)8:00PM: Chicken breast w guacamole, salad, 3 bean salad10:00PM: Handful of nuts / Piece of fruitI know I need to eat something between 1:30 and 5:30.. but I can't afford it/don't know what to get. I think this is like 2000Cal.. I'm aiming for 1750 though. Need to drop these lb's.

Tried pull ups yesterday at the gym. LOL @ the way I made it about halfway before my arms gave in. Is it just a tihng of keep trying until you can do them or should I look to build up other muscles first?

Look in the other dude's thread about them and try them the way I said. Don't go as low and do as many as you can. Keep doing that then start getting lower.

i just heard that cinnamon slows the release of carbs, gonna start adding this to my oats.been doing the 5x5 and squatting every session and deadlifts every other is doing wondersi dont know how much im gonna keep doing the full 5x5 routine for, but will plan to do deadlifts and squats as often

dunno wot happened but i was doing seated rows and i'm pretty sure i pulled a muscle in my back, the pain just started in my left lat and shot right across to the other side, the pain was unbearable i thought i was gonna be sick, i quickly did a 'cool down' set and f*cked off. but the next day it didn't hurt at all! obviously i aint doing my back again for a while but how comes it doesn't hurt anymore? and how much trust can i put in it?

I played safety in my game last week and my coach for my other team said I looked more comfortable there which is good as that's my preferred position. Great. Then he said they're gonna re-evaluate the positions of some players but if I'm gonna play safety I'm gonna have to lose like 6-7 pounds!Does he not understand how long it took me to put this weight on?! That's a f*ck*ng joke, I sweated hours in the gym for this weight and now I have to choose between my ideal position and my ideal body image.
