Abel U2 Damage reduced, start up increased, and recovery from the cancel is increased. Marseilles Roll invincibly reduced. Tornado Throw damage reduced. Cammy Close Heavy Punch recovery reduced. New Links: * Far Heavy Punch into Crouching Medium Punch * Crouching Light Punch, Crouching Medium Punch into Crouching Medium Kick Cannon Strike can only be performed after a certain height now. Damage Reduced on Heavy Cannon DrillDeeJay Air Slasher recovery reduced by 3 frames. Light Jack Knife Maximum has start up invincibility, and when used as an anit-air, you can combo into a follow up Heavy Jack Knife Maximum. Crouching Heavy Kick has more active frames. Dash properties modified, making it easier to combo into U2 after a dash. Standing Medium Kick has a 5-frame start-up and can be comboed from crouching light attacks. Increased frame advantage on Double Rolling Sobats, allowing for follow up combos after a FADC.Dhalsim Normal attacks have been revised, with some doing more damage, others doing less. Improved Backdash Crouching Medium Punch improved, allowing it to combo into itself and other attacks. O.Sagat TU>FADC>st.HK>Ultra (fully charged) was 630dmg. That is unforgiving for one mistake. The nerf allows you to be hit with that same combo but at least have 50%+ of life left.I feel the damage nerfs have balance the game out. Keeping powerfull characters stong but not overpowered.It allows people to make more mistakes

The Cammy nerf is dead. TKCS isn't needed to win or beast with Cammy at all. Most people only use it after focus crumple.Nerfs are loose because almost all are a case of a character being shown to be sick by someone who puts in the work and then nerfed so they can't play to that level. Sagat is the only character I believe should have been nerfed in regards to damage purely because of how mcuh he could dish in defence and offence.And yes it does affect how someone plays. Viper players can't be as offensive because of the BK nerf. This is bad as her defence is sh*t. If you are nerfing someone's offence then the game becomes more focused on defense, and this game is bad enough with that sh*t.
