Former Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 i remember reading on SRK that the frame data on that site was inaccurate and was based off a earlier build or something.EDIT: Yep i think it may be wrong. it says that ibuki's U1 is a 1 frame grab but you can jump out of it on reaction 100% everytime. take these figures with a pinch of salt.....
