I hate toasted though. f*ck*ng crispy bread is crap. All flaking away. Nah I tell them microwave it. They know what to do when they see me now though.

Well, they probably do about 3-4 bakes (store specific though) a day. Once they open up the oven to let it cool, the whole place smells of bread.

I haven't been able to associate them with any other smell, so I can't tell what it is.
