The best move for Rooney would be Juve. Both currently in decline thats perfect for each other but seriously though it would be a sick move because Juve are like Liverpool at the moment(Both Juve and Pool are the biggest team in their respective countries)Chelsea that could happenCity seems unrealstic but Tevez should it could be doneMilan/Barca/Real/Inter don't need himBayern? You never know with BayernSo IMO Juve would perfect if they cannot get Cassano when Del Piero finally retires Rooney would be the perfect replacement.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich wants to buy Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.Carlo Ancelotti is monitoring Roo's crumbling relationship with Alex Ferguson, which could see the striker quit Old Trafford.Ancelotti said: "We have to wait to see if Wayne Rooney really wants to leave Manchester United, if they really want to sell him."And also if Rooney is on the market, not only Chelsea would be interested but a lot of other teams as well."Blues owner Abramovich recently ordered spending cuts. But a source close to the billionaire last night told The Sun: "If the money was right then Mr Abramovich would definitely be interested in Rooney."Rooney, 24, who has 18 months left on his current deal, is understood to want around £200,000 a week to re-sign for United.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is willing to cross the divide and join Manchester City. The Daily Mail says Rooney has told his Manchester United team-mates that he WILL consider a move from Old Trafford to neighbours Manchester City. The United striker is considering his options after telling the club that he will not be extending the 18 months of his current contract. It emerged last night that there is real interest from City, who will have to pay Rooney £230,000-a-week to broker a deal. That would make him the highest paid player in the Barclays Premier League. United are unlikely to offer more than £150,000.United’s players believe this contract row is purely about money — not about the breakdown of his relationship with manager Sir Alex Ferguson.Rooney’s wife Coleen has already told her husband she will not move abroad, especially while her 12-year-old sister Rosie is seriously ill. That leaves Rooney with just two options in England as only City and Chelsea can afford both fee and wages.

Denis Law,Brian Kidd. And obviously Tevez.Sir Matt played for City aswell. To be honest Neville's as cynical as they come, he probably didnt ever put it past Rooney to start acting Scouse sooner or later.Need to get some popcorn and await SAF's press conference today. To see him squirm and force the weaklings in the press not to ask any Rooney related questions,Money is ultimately the motive, and once he gets what he wants all will be honky dory and smelling of roses in what SAF tries to say is the "Manchester United family" (spits)

Well...[The Streets] Has it come to this...? [/The Streets]I never expected him to do a Scholes/Giggs/Nev but i certainly didnt see him going anytime soon.I guess theres slight positives in the fact that, the amount of teams fighting for his signature = Pee = Either a star purchase or some squad rebuilding...
