The other day, bucked my boy for a zut.

Feds pulled up.

I let them search me cos obviously it stank of weed everywhere. So that gave them a reason to carry out the search.

I knew they weren't finding anything on me. The guy finished searching me. Began to ask me for my details.

All you say is, I don't want to give you my details.

Then they'll say they have to take your details to log a copy of the search.

Then you say, for whos benefit do you need to take my details down, your benefit or my benefit.

Then they'll say for your benefit.

And then you say no thank you and walk off.

Simples.

some of them are purely being difficult / creating hassle for themselves

this guy who didnt want to pay council tax ok maybe he caught them out (lol @ how clueless the clark was) but at the end of the day we all need to pay it and the people of the court were just trying to do their jobs

wrong, if the police abuse their powers by stopping you wrongly,

you should be prepared to sacrifice your time to defend your rights

certain man can spend 2hrs going to some 'afterparty' for a celeb they never get to meet

and spend 24hrs playing COD 4, or watching tv, and updating their status

you should be able to spend 30mins defending your rights to feds.

There's no other way to NOT be difficult.

One of my boys tried this scenario the other day, we got pulled over for something different (4 guys in a nice car driving on road = police get suspicious)

they seached the car.,..didnt find anything...and said they need to take details

We all refused...saying whats the benefit, why do you need it? etc...after 20 mins of deliberation..things got a bit heated...long story after that

So I think what happened in your situation will work on a few officers......
