Edit: Actually now that I think about it, you had a 1 v 1 in each game and you slowed right down and allowed my defender to get a foot in... I was already resigned to both of those being goals.

make sure the person chooses online squads, meaning you both got the same updated squads

 

also, if you cant find your custom tactic when in team management, just press start at the start of the game and they'll all be there
