been banging the situps every morn and not eating after 7.

Im seeing faint abs for the 1st time in like 10yrs so its working i guess

abs are almost 100% diet situps every day isn't going to do squat if the diet isn't 100% on point

I'm lucky, I've always been naturally thin, body fat under 10% etc. So all I've had to do is eat right, train hard and bulk up.

last week i got paid extra ,had like 4 take out meals in a week

abs went straight into hiding
