Not at all, I just dnt really know what to do.

Plus fuck being one of those guys in the gym just aimlessly wandering from machine to machine with no clue.

no one i know who has had knee surgery come out like yeah my knees bless now

My knee been fucked since like '98

Physio said my patella aint tracking correctly because my IT band is too tight along the outside of my left thigh and the muscle on the inside of my quad needs to be stronger to pull it the opposite direction
