HOW COMEPEOPLE ALWAYS CUSS ENGLISH WEATHER WHEN ITS RAINING, WINDY, SNOWING, ETC ETC, AND CUSSIN ABOUT THERE IS NEVER ANY SUNBUT WHEN THE SUN COMES OUT'ITS TOO HOT' ITS THIS ITS THAT,STILL BARE COMPLAINTS. i swear today i hurd too many complaints.

its not really the congestion persay.. but the lack of planning to accomodate the heat.cities with 3x hotter summers have adapted to it.

I don't like being in London when it is hot and there is 0 breeze. It makes me ill, the air feels congested, dusty and dirty.That's probably why people complain.I bet there are 0 complaints in places where the air aint dirty.
