Nasri undergoes minor surgery on his knee

Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri will today undergo minor surgery on his knee following a meniscal injury sustained during the match against Liverpool on Sunday. Nasri, who has been in impressive form, will be out of action for a month.

Its not too bad lads, we've still got players who can fill his role (rosicky, wilshere, walcott, fab etc). It would be more of a problem if it was any of the strikers/defenders.Lets just cross our fingers and hope RVP doesnt get added to the injury list AGAIN.

Liverpool performance showed we need him.Chelsea Oct 4th away, as long as he's back in contention for that.

The Liverpool game showed me he can't be direct enough when it's needed, occasionally.So did the Blackburn, Wigan & Tottenham games we lost last season.As a playmaker, Rosicky >>> Nasri.He'll be missed, just not a massive one. A month ain't that long.

Looking at the fixtures if Rosicky stays fit we'll manage. I thought he (Nasri) was the best player on Sunday. He'll play a big role this season.
