You bleed constantly when your on your period so how is that possible,especially the first 2 days. People who say they change their towel everytime they bleed onto it are talking crap,no sooner than you change one then pull your knickers up you will have blood all on the towel again.i dont really get a too heavy period and i change my tampon every hour or so. no disrespect but people who use towels their crutch must smell by the end of the day,on the last day of my period when there is practically nothing i will wear a panty liner and even then i feel disgusting and there is never anything on it so god knows how id feel with a sanitary towel full of blood mangled into my pubes too,tampons are discreet and more hygenic i dont care what anyone says .

Your actually wrong. I swear it comes like in irregular intervals. Coz at times my girl will check herself and shes all good. Then say couple hours later there's blood. Plus she aint a heavy bleeder from what I know.And obviously she CANT change herself straight away ALL the time there is blood. lmfao i have period pants too i thought i was the only one,during period week you will find me wearing the most hideous non matching granny knickers ever.on the subject of lumps aka clots ive only had them a few times and before they come o always have a stomach pain so know to go to the toilet str8 away to change ive never gone to change and been surprised that there was a lump on the end of the tampon. id never leave one in for 4 hours either most i go is an hour.on a side note who thinks sanitary protection should be free on the nhs its a pisstake its not like we choose to have them
