do you lot actually believe in the law of attraction??I reckon that it only helps you as a person, but the whole ''if i believe i have it, i'll get it' thing i think its bullshit cause you can spend years of your life pursuing something and imagining that you have it, but you still won't get it.

i've always got about 4 or 5 different books on the go lol, i can never just stick to one cos i'm always in different moods about what i want to read.i recently read "From Caucasia With Love".. really good book, it's about 2 mixed race sisters in 1970's america during the race riots, one is made to pass as white and moves down south with the white mother whilst the other stayed in boston with the black father. they are reunited 10 years later.also recently read "first they killed my father" by loung ung about the genocide in cambodia, and "on beauty" by zadie smith.

belief is the key ingredient needed to help you be in the right places or make the right moves towards that thing. you may not get it, you may get something close, or inspire others to get it. but at least you tried (considering you did more than just believing)

to W.G- yeh ive watched 'what's the bleep' and i've been reading up on nlp it's all really interesting.to scorpzz- u do need fundemental belief in what u want/what u wanna do, it wont work if ur intention towards is masked in urgency, (ie. overwondering/thinking why havent i achieved yet) cause ur belief is not sincere, ur faith in what u want has to be like a 2nd sense it's complex.

Sounds like a sick book.I do not usually come across black literature but I may make an effort to read this one.
