Then take into account that most girls are at an experimental stage then so I would say 3 @ 16 would be good. 18 now I reckon anymore than 6/7 is above average. Girls that are 17 and say they've had less than 3 and never been in a long relationship a straight up lying. But if she's had 6 partners and you're really into her and you can see it going somewhere then you shouldn't automatically dismiss her. Cos if you're still with her in 5 years then 6 sexual partners at 23 isn't bad at all really.However, if you hadn't already got feelings for her then I wouldn't get involved if you was aware she had been about a bit.
