Like are there particular features that stop or enhance their "photogenicity" (f*ck Skepta making his own garms, I make my own words)Yes and yes.However, if you are a good photographer you will be able to capture your subject and make them look good, no matter how they look. Things such as angles and technical manipulation ( eg light meter etc) adds to this "photogenicity".Basically, it all boils down to KNOWING how to take a good picture.I truely believe this.
