We might clown at america at there crime level and what not, but the 0% tolerance is alot.I still think that officer just saw it was an opportunity to cheif of some suburban skateboard kid.. I doubt man will do that in the hood. Man will catch more holes than a jamaican tank top..I wont have that tho, If I was in that boyz shoes I woulda sparked the officer at that age.
