no its not real. He buys young players and puts his faith into them by letting them make up the bulk of his team. Buying a player like Aguero or Anderson or Mikel!!! for big money is polishing players. Mourinhos a successful c*nt.

Real Tawkalso. carvalho and ferreira for a combined fee of 33m...Ranieri is a big reason jose was so succesful he gave terry his chance bought lamps cech robben duff joe cole and a few more. jose is a sick manager still dont get it twisted

When Mourinho says 'Jewels' does he mean they were KNOWN sick players, but not the complete package yet?So he believes Clichy, Sagna, Toure, Fabregas, Van Persie, Flamini were all jewels pre-Arsenal???Wenger bought most of them for next to nothing, which is a sign of a great manager.the only players i would say were "jewels" are Reyes, Diaby & Walcott
