Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh well....Job can be done. Just gonna be harder than it should've been...Referee, SMFH.....Carragher & Skrtel played very well...Was it me, or was Voronin substituted for Voronin because him & Kuyt were the only blonde 'forwards' I saw tonight.
You seem to be on Torres' nuts abit too much.Once we got a goal we played the old fashioned european way and stood and let you attack us.Torres was upfront on his own against two center halves for most of the game.I thought he did rather well he kept them busy and caused problems when he had the ball.Wasnt his best performance or anything like it but he was on his own basically the hole game.
Considering there's a 13 page thread on the guy and he's apparently the best striker on the planet, I can send for him as much as I want...Anyhoo, my predictions of Barcelona, United & Fenerbahce going through are looking on point. I'm still very confident of Arsenal going through but that away goal & RVP going out injured bugs me.

That's irrelevant for the moment because Liverpool have an away goal.
It's not irrelevant because regardless of how THIS match ends, it's essentially gonna be half-time...For me, as long as we WIN this game without letting in another goal, I ain't too worried.
The fact that you let them score means your gonna have to rely on winning at Anfeild and we both know that's not an easy prospect, especially on CL night.
Like I said, were we to win this game without letting in another one, it'd be bless.And Liverpool won't come with that hype when another English FOOTBALLING club are playing against them.
Pointless coming up to me with Milan, Chelski, Juventus, Inter....Read the aforementioned.Liverpool's face will get caved in next week.

Good game.Aresnal should of had a pen bait, they missed sagna, cuz toure didnt off sh*t goin fwd. Walcott should of started he caused a few problems just players dont like 2 pass to him. Arsenal looked something up front tho. LOL @ van persie injured agen. Ade scored but man his control and passing are poor. Could do with edraudo back.No1 really played well for pool, they defended well tho, great away performance and result. Tie is no way over tho.
I think they don't like to pass it too his feet, rather he runs on2 the ball or in2 space cos he usually brings the defender back in with a chance with his flat footedness or whatever it is.

Yeah they play it to him where he can run in behind or has space to into, they dont involve him in the long pacient passing moves.

Trust, it's not even a thing of understimating Liverpool but let's face it...On a genuine neutral tip...The reason Liverpool can move to teams like Inter, Juventus & Milan (who DID get their own back last year, let's not forget) is because like Arsenal & United have already shown, Italian can't f*ck with the tempo & atheletiscism (sp.) of the English game. For Chelsea, be honest, you JUST about beat them. Had Chelsea been a lil' bit less stoic under Mourinho, they'd have beaten you both times in the semi's I believe.The thing with Arsenal (and United were you to go through and face them in the final) is that both teams can match you with that English tempo, COPE with that tempo unlike all those teams you've beaten (which by no means, am I saying was an easy feat) but quite simply, play you off the park.

Arsenal flopped, if they didn't concede when they did they were set up for an easy win. Hat off to Gerrard thought he was cold, you always feel he can score or create something at any moment. Arsenal played well but lacked cutting edge. Winning at anfield will be much harder then at the san siro. Walcott could do something upfront you know, wasted out on the wing because defenders can just cut him off.Fenerbache are something else at home, but didn't see the game so won't comment.
