Aside from BMC, who here eats vegetarian/vegan? Contemplating jumping on this ship like 90% of the time and really lowering my meat/fish intake. As I have a job now and finally have got paid, I'm going to start gym up again. Not the same bodybuilders gym I used to love but another general gym near my drum.

Going to my aunt's for Christmas. My cousin works at M&S. This dude has bought a profiteroll gateaux, a yule log and a trifle. There is already cherry pie and Christmas cake. WTF!Dunno whether to just enjoy my last day of pigging out or whether that is actually too much and I'm gonna do damage to my gut that cannot be repaired in time for NYE.

i get my chickens from the supermarket, but i get a free range chicken and cook the whole thing in a chicken brick and cut it up, i get thru about two whole chickens a week.i get all my beef from the local butcher, as do a few other guys from my gym. he sorts us out with good deals cos he knows we're gonna be buying steaks every week. he does prime organic grass fed rump steaks at about £3-4 for 8-10oz.

There are more carbs to worry about in cereals like that than fibre benefits. You shouldn't eat any pasta or white rice, this turns into sugar so easily. If you want a snack then have some fruit or bio yogurt. You can't have snacks if you want to be serious. My diet in the last month has consisted off;Morning1 x Bananna1 x Apple1 x glass of water1 x hurricane protien shakeAfternoon1 x grated parsnip, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and chicken heated in microwave.1 x glass of waterEvening1 x bowl of brown rice and bollonaise sauce.1 x hurricane protien shake

is firbe benefical/important for building muscle? or just general health benefitsi eat a lot of cereal - wholegrain stuff, brainflakes etc
Fibre donest do anything for ur body accept make u sh*t, so if u dont want to be constipated then yes fibre is important nothing to do with building muscle though.
