She could have if she hadn't have been mildly complicit in his actions i.e. going out for lunch and giving her number etc.

Even then, she could say that was just frightened of him marking her down if she rejected his "friendly" advances (as opposed to the sexual ones).

It seems as though she has it under control, so long as he knows where he stands.

yh kept the emails and texts just in case it escalated/I got a sh*t mark, it didnt though, he was never pervy, just forward with the fact that he was on it and could potentially loose his job if I exposed

Aint been to anu lectures or tutorials since about september last year and stil passed 3 modules.

This course is easy which is why i wanna swap to do business/psycology at a better university which gears you for work teaching you the right information.

No one ony course is remotley business orientated, ita alsmot like 99% of them are just doing it to get by and say they done a degree.

Had four essays back so far in year 2. Marks 67, 62, 67, 68.

Pretty pleased, frustratingly close to a first. This years worth 20%. I've 3 essays and 3 exams left. Can't see me averaging a first this year but inspiration to push for it next year.

Just been offered an internship at Suisse Bank for next year as a data analyst.

I wrote to them after reading their careers page saying I'm interested, in first year etc and asked what skills would they like me to gain before next year, really positive reply back in the post and looks like i've secured my place for 2012,

In the process of changing my course, going from a BA Film/Media and Japanese to straight BA Film/Media. Got the support of my lecturers and the course director, very understanding since I'm finding it hard to get any time to revise (and remember things) whilst I work 7 days a week, and have essays to do. On that note one more due Wednesday need to give myself one last push.

Grades are improving as each essay goes by, that makes me happy to know I am progressing.

On the Japanese side its been fun learning for a year and will continue to do so in my own time, my friend suggested I get a tutor in the build up to my exam in May, just be extra lessons.

Waiting to hear back from the BBC about some work experience within the film department.

Seems long joining all the societies and getting involved, don't have time for that, is that what they're looking out for on a cv?

Taylor it to your desired employer. The more generic it looks the more likely it is to get thrown away. Include stuff that would be important to the employer, if you were part of a society what did you do that would be important for your employer to know?

get some relevant work experience and/or top marks. otherwise prepare to be one of those people on dailymail talking about how they feel education bumped them because they have a degree and cant get a decent job

Thing is noone will accept me for work experience 'coz I got a third first year (allow me).

I'll get a 2:1 overall but I'm thinking that won't be enough.

Still haven't got a clue what I wanna do yet, I probably won't know 'till my first day at that job...
