I remember I started for the 1st one with Rutherford Scattering, then read the 2nd question and knew that was the 1 it was supposed to be in.Paper was way too iffy, I have a terrible feeling I'm gonna be upset come results day. Jus gonna try forget about it over the holiday.
Lol i did the same. Went back and changed the first to x-ray diffraction. I think the grade boundary is 60/90 for an A though which gives me hope

Damn Ripster, any chance that your overthinking it? Perhaps it went better than you imagine.Btw what are both of your plans if you dont make the grades touch wood? no homo
Nah. Won't lie after posting on here implying that it had gone bad yesterday I thought, nah I will probably be alright. Say in the C-ish area but I can bump up to A overall by doing strongly in the other two.Central Concepts paper was fine, but Unifying caught me. I think overall Unifying is 20% of overall grade, but 50% of it is the plan/practical. SO, could not be significant??? But talked about it with a few this morning and my answers were just POOR. Lack of sleep and AS revision slapped me across the face.I have no idea if I don't make the grades. Don't particularly want to go to my insurance. My plan is to ring UCL and persuade. (!??!)No clue.
come on msn

I actually did the same thing aswell with rutherford. I think I changed everyone of my answers, lines of black in every answer. That doesnt even give me hope, just will make me more depressed when I find out I didnt do well. Did you lot think it was too many written questions asked instead of calculations? Heck they totally skipped out thermal physics, I dont remember seeing a single specific heat capacity question.

Grade boundaries change on the overall result of the countryHopefully we all did as sh*t as eachother
At the end of the exam I hoped the only other person who is in my physics class flopped aswell. Does this make me a bad person? lol

Jeez students get over uptight this time of yearThe crown jewels in terms of employability are engineering, accounting and medicine/dentistry/etc Economics/business/commerce/etc type degrees are the next rung down (although obv hiring in this area is in a pronounced downturn atm)Languages are highly valued

Some girl I went college with is studying three langauges at degree level. Said she wants to become a translator. As far as I can see there will always be work for you in a range of places. But obviously only if you are good at learning languages.

Actually, I've decided if I don't get my grades, I'm going to go China and learn Chinese or Mandarin.YEEAAA!Would mean though, that I either apply now or self-teach during the summer and apply for the semester in Feb, both in the mindset that I won't get the grades.Would go BLCU.Edit;C/S SS, languages FTW.
