LuLu Posted July 3, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 NO matthew i did not make this topic a year ago, because never ever in all my coach life have i been charged 74 pound for a coach ticket.anyhow i went back this afternoon, got a refund, im gettin a coach halfway and then my brother is gonna pick me up from bham station because he owes me . oh its so nice having older brothers.i went and got my nails done so now im feeling a bit more calm and relaxed. LuLu Posted July 3, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 how long is the journey???surely a train is cheaper?When i was a student, Megabus was my 2nd home- the 5hr journey used to merk me differently but it was worth it for £7MY journey is incredibly long, 9 hours normally hence it stops for breaks etc etc but ive got a feeling with the m6 traffic because its a friday , its gonna be even longer.anyhow, a train is not cheaper, plus i would have to change 3 TIMES , normally this journey would cost me near enough 30 squid return , hence im crafty when booking the ticket and the drivers never really check the tickets properly.however in july and august if you travel anywhere on fri or saturdays, its more expensive but i did not clock that until i went to pick my ticket up this morning so i was not entirely to happy about that.so i went back to the ticket place, changed my ticket etcand even if i got a lift to northampton from someone i know who is going silverstone this weekend, thats like the opposite way, its not gonna make my journey any quicker.i should just flippin fly next time, im to scared to drive all that way on my own, knowin my concentration, its a crash waiting to happen on the motorway and i dont really want to kill anyone.
