To get your 5 fruit and veg a day or do you just eat whatever?Im eatin lunch and i jus realised that ive got 2 portions already (sweetcorn and oj) so if i follow that with a banana and apple that means for me dinner i can make a homemade pasta sauce (tomatoes and sh*t) and im done for the day.This bein healthy malarkey is a peice of piss

No I don't.Only effort I make towards food if I have enough time is to cook every other day proper meals and take protein shakes. So basically during uni I can do it as long as there is no big big assignment which takes up all my time.

i have tried to watch what i eat but its sooo hard!! i think bout it the night before but then i forget lol. but im trying to go on a healthy diet now because my immune system is looow & couldnt do the whole vitamins business i felt like a druggie popping pills like that!!but i try to drink as much water as i can..which is hard coz i dont like water lol!! & i dont drink fizzy drinks so thats good. i ave juice with all my meals so that counts towards the 5 a day. just make sure its 100% natural not concentrated coz that usually has a lot of stuff added. or i just ave squash robinsons no added sugar! lol. & try smoothies if u can be bothered coz theyr a bit loooong to make then then cleaning up after!! & yoghurt covered raisins are a good snack if u like raisins that is.. healthy & kind of filling & keeps you away from crisps. yoghurt itself is also good for u & loads of fruits. i love clementines & red apples & grapes & cherries.((ooh i cud carry on!!)& apparently a slice of bread only has about 12 calories so its not fattening pple just get paranoid becoz its a carb! but u can try brown or wholemeal if u want they are good for u. also i ave bread sticks esp in uni. when i ave the munchies but i kno im not hungry just want to eat. theyr not fattening and quite filling.

ooh i had forgotten vegetables! theyr realli good for u & try including them with all your meals. i like sweetcorn or just the mixed veg. the best way to enjoy them is to make them interesting. just steamed they are not that fun although healthier lol. but if theyr really fresh they are nicer just steamed or boiled. not too long though coz it takes away all the goodness(is that the word i wanted??). anyways i like stir frying my vegetables (prefereably with olive oil) which is good especially for those that dont like vegetables. & i put my sweetcorn in the pan and fry it with some low fat butter its gorgeous!!! lol. & instead of potato crisps try plaintain crisps they are lush & good for u. & instead of crisps or other snacks have things like dried fruit or nuts you can just snack on

i dunno bout anyone else but sometimes after eatin a healthy meal i feel good- whereas after a junk binge i feel all sluggish and stuff
