Nah, after I installed the game and got the activation code to work FINALLY, added the patch and it worked fine.Still feel very let down for all the trouble it's caused us.

u know when u install it on your computer..but it wouldn't run and actually play what do you need to download to let it run properly so you can actually play the game?feedback would be gd lads

basically there was an overload of people trying to activate their football manager...for me i just kept trying to activate it and after a while it went through and worked, don't need to download anything.
