if u been drinking it sobers u up. makes u all alert but it numbs my throat and then smoking/drinking/talking becomes hard without retching so i walk around all wide eyed not being able to talk and everyone thinks i'm eyeballing them and mugging them off for not talking, also it's f*ck*ng expensive and lasts about 10 mins.
