what did jim do that was so bad?break it down for me i haven't been following this situation too tough

Jim signed him to a bullshit production deal, where until Jim was bought out, Max owes him 10 albums....Then as a artist under the production label Max would assist Jim, part of that was "We Fly High (Ballin)" and he credited on the song, sooooo not long after the album coming out Max got arrested...First Jim was f*cked up cos he left him there for months then when asked why? He talking about he waiting for the bail price to drop, smh... You dont leave a man on a murder charge to sit there cos when he does go in front of a judge he gonna look so guilty that nobody he knows would even bail him out...So after months of sitting there waiting Max got what he could get together but was a little short and obviously reached out to Jim, on some okay you cant/wont get it all, so I got what I can, you add the change, Jim wrong cos instead of doing the stand up thing, and just putting it up... He's looking at the royalties Max suppose to be seeing of the tracks with him and offers to pay the change for his bail if he sells him his publishing... Not wanting to stay in prison another day in his life Max is forced to agree, Max done like 10 years in prison, f*ck that. You dont negotiate with your boys on sh*t like that, when they there. Madness.Why Jim is even more f*cked up and Max a bit too, is cos he allowed Jim to fool everyone like he bailed him out, remember the money counting...and Jim even more f*cked up cos he talks about it publically like Max is the dirty scum bag. Don't get me wrong Max no angel but I dont see how Jim thinks he comes off in a good light on this sh*t, like I keep saying anyway, its a long time since the Fast Life DVD.

Now both of the people that told me are from two completely different circles of people, one of them circles they actually like Jim more than Max, so I believe it, but no doubt Max will pop up sooner rather than later to tell us the story.Jim cant keep running cos he the one that came into the game, as the guy that runs around New York tearing up clubs with his goons or on his own if he has too.

Some sh*t aint for the net, plus sometimes I feel like if I share it with you it taints the artist to you a bit, before its really warranted cos at the end of the day its all about music, your image/who people perceive you is just your angle into the game...So like when I realised Hell Rell wasnt really Ruga Rell, but because I first saw him like taht, after his music never bumped the same for me personally.Same as I got man who use to treat Port Of Miami & Trilla like its their bibles, but hated Rick Ross once they found out he was a screw...Like I cant even stand the sight of Judas Santana no more... Lol, S.A.S would have never been in another rap crew and as thats what Juelz wanted to do with Skullgang they never rode with it. That said when Juelz first came up with the idea in like early '07, they was down, as it was all man that be around and somewhat known, as time went on and the members changed, the sound started changing, they passed.From time Jim would come studio, see us in the back room, look in the other room and see them lot, then look back at us, smirk, shake his head, and be like "yo niggas need to tell Juelz that Skullgang sh*t is not hot... and then leave, we knew how the public would react to it.
