Yeh by loads, thats the point.. it's not a fake m.o.t as such..basically the mechanic overlooks certain things which would cause your car to fail it's MOT for abit of back hand cash and if anything goes wrong etc he can just say it happened after the MOT test was done. Say you won't regularly be driving in peak times or at late nights on the weekend. say your only going to use the car for social purposes say for example your mum and dad are split up and you live with your mum but your dad lives in a better area..put ur dads address instead of your mums. should get it down abit.. SoCo KinG Posted July 19, 2010 Report Share Posted July 19, 2010 There's loads of ways to get your insurance down..just depends how dodgey you want to get.. i know someone who had a 2litre 1999 5 series for there first car at 18 and was paying £50 a month.. if he crashes and it's his fault the insurance company won't pay for his car but he only paid 2 grand for it anyway.
