THE body of Spurs star Wilson Palacios’ kidnapped brother has been found, it was believed last night.Teen Edwin Palacios was snatched from his parents’ house in Honduras by armed bandits in October 2007.But the 16-year-old was never seen again — despite £14million Tottenham ace Wilson paying a £125,000 ransom.Cops dug up the youngster’s remains in a mountainous area of Honduras after two jailed gang members admitted to the killing and told them the location.Last night Spurs boss Harry Redknapp said he would speak to Palacios about the discovery.He said: “If it’s true, it’s devastating. His mum is over in England visiting him at the moment.
