u cud try BB/DB/BW complexes
google search brought me here - u reccomend?http://www.muscleandstrength.com/forum/muscle-building-workouts-training/52218-how-get-classic-physique.html
dunno looks like too long in the weightroom to me, you dont want to be in the gym more than 45-60 mins, training beyond this threshold will mean a surge in catabolic hormones and is counterproductive. I personally divide my training into my 4 main lifts, mon: military press, tues: deadlift, thurs: bench press, friday: squat. after ive done my main lift for that day i do 2 or 3 assistance exercises to help strengthen weak points. I dont really like body part splits, but i probably have different aims to u.what i meant by try complexes is swap ur 20 mins of cardio fo something like this:

How many press ups shuld you bang morning and eveningwithout doing weightsno specific targets
as many as possible till failure. if you do weights as well during the week then, not as much as you should if you do push ups alone.start with 3-4 sets of 10 and increase from there. the more you do, less rest time between sets, and slower you do them overall is how you build up resistance and add variety

Started back at gym.Back and arms are killing me.And I f*ck*ng love it.Oh how I missed the pain. However, I didn't miss those annoying guys at the gym that are overly loud, are walking up and down in front of the minute between sets just looking at themselves and looking in the mirror to see if anyone is watching them.

Yeah. You are right, the only reason to go there is because of how cheap it is.

Vauxhall? The pain immediately after the set is beautifulLiek when you finish your last crunshes set and collapse onto your back as your stomach feels like theres someones standing on itOr when your doing your last curl and you drop the dumbells/barthe pain and weightlessless in your arms feels great tbh

@ CipherThe one in West Hampstead. Closest one to me. Couldn't even go today. Body is back in that first stage after a big gap form gym which means your muscles hurt for about a week and a half to 2 weeks where you are unable to do anything. My chest is killing me right now. I can barely put on or take off my jacket.

nothing compares to the suffering of intense conditioning. lol @ the lies your mind tells you when your trying to squeeze one last hill sprint from a cruel 25% gradient hill, actually heard that f*cker tell me "ur dying". tell him stfu, and chuckle when you reach the summit, as you hunch over and puke a lung, and your vision turns metallic while your knees wobble and your brain pounds within your skull like a primordial drum. do this several times a week and everyday obstacles melt to nothing because your a man of steel with a heart of flint and your will and resolve are indefatigable.training>>>>>
