At least it is not a rule and people CHOSE the top two parties, they don't have to.Liberal democrats have had power before (be it some time ago) and parties can be created.In America, there are only two, pretty bad tbh.

I know that was 2005, we got hit hardest by the recession coz we grew the most in "the good times" but to say we have no power is an overstatement.
