That's all we've ever done under O'Neill.When it's working it's fantastic to watch, when it's not we look ordinary and boring.Ashley's being doubled up on, Carew is blowing hot and cold and we missed Warnock (Beye is atrocious and although he was MOTM today, Luke doesn't offer anything going forward at LB).When we've got proper fullbacks on the overlap Ashley and Jimmy get more space so we're better at what we do./Today doesn't change anything, just like the wins over Chelsea and Liverpool and the defeats to Wigan and West Ham didn't.We're a top 6 team and we're not going to do any better until we get some genuine quality to link the midfield and attack.

What an absolutely gulf in class, at 88 minutes ESPN showed a caption for completed passes, Villa 170 Spurs 394!!!!How on earth can you give any credit for that Villa performance, at home, and you spend the entire game defending and containing Tottenham, a proper scoreline would have been Villa 0 Spurs 5.LOL at dem STATS.

Despite all of those passes strung together,Spurs didn't create many CLEAR cut chances, service to Defoe and Crouch was poor. Villa defended extremely well especially Cuellar, a draw was a fair result.

Arguably our worst performance of the season and we didn't lose, and infact almost won. Playing like that again in the near future will raise alarm bells.Either way it's been apparent for time we're not finishing top 4, 6th-8thth will be where we finish. Just hope we can get to Wembley to make the season a success.
