Even though its Man United, can I just say that these shitty American owners who came with promises of bettering of these clubs need to f*ck off, lying cunts.
To be fair the Glazers never promised to make the club better and they were quite honest about raising ticket prices by 60% over 5 years. The writings been on the wall for ages just that some people chose to ignore it and didnt want to fight against, from the looks of it though some of those muppets are starting to see the light. Too little too late, we're f*cked till the Glazers sell up which wont be too soon. Hicks and Gillette are lying cunts and even though they seem to be doing their best to ruin the team i hate the most, i hope they and all those like them f*ck off out of the game
i guess this is where u nd all ur fc mates pat urself on the backif there was ever evidence that man u aint got big money to spend todays results showed itu aint signing no superstar cos u cant afford it, dont listen to fergiedo u honestly think ferguson would replace ronaldo and tevezwith mami diouf/micheal owen/obertan/and valencia

Not really a case of patting ourselves on the back, not even a case of we told you so, coz to be quite honest i wouldve loved to of been proved wrong, but in reality it was never gonna happen. we're pretty much f*cked now as the debt will just keep growing and growing, the Glazer will sell us off eventually (not for a long while yet though) and the debt will then be the responsibility of the new owners and obviously the fans/customers and David Gill likes to refer to us as. the only poositive that can come out of this is if they float us on the stock market again and the supporters sort ourselves out and get enough shares to be able to prevent an outright takeover, shareholders United came close before the Glazers but stupid fans who said we were just doom mongering didnt wanna put there money into the best interests of the club and help us buy shares and instead prefered to go to the megastore and buy the latest replica shirt or Duvet, those fans are more to blame for this mess than even the Glazers are,I honestly hope to christ this doiesnt happen to Arsenal so many fans said they'd boycott and not pay the Glazers debt, but as soon as the takeover became a reality their arses fell out and they carried on paying the rising prices anyway, they're the reason why the Glazer's saw any point in a takeover. Apparently some United fans are planning a protest in Febuary, my message to them is where the f*ck were you in 2005, Pricks Hindsight is a greater thing but forsight and common sense is a lot greater. This latest bit of New makes Fergie look a right prick aswell, but hwy thats what he gets for jumping ino bed with the Glazers

From The Mirror but...Sir Alex Ferguson will be handed £75million to spend on new players by Manchester United's owners in a bid to haul the club out of its financial crisis. The Glazers have borrowed the money and will give it straight to Fergie to spend on his squad in a bid to encourage investors to buy £500m-worth of bonds.United's owners have taken the decision to increase their borrowing as they attempt to make the bonds more attractive to potential investors. They believe the scheme will have more chance of succeeding - and bringing down their overall level of debt - if Fergie is able to strengthen his squad with big-name signings. The Glazers' re-financing plan involves a bonds issue to ease the debt burden which is threatening to cripple the club. But United's owners have also entered into a new credit facility to raise £75m to be used as 'working capital' – a transfer fund for Fergie.Although United made a £48m profit in the last financial year, that was only possible because of the world record £80m sale of Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid.Fans already opposed to the Glazers' ownership of United have used the release of the latest set of financial results to call for them to leave the club.Duncan Drasdo, chief executive of MUST (Manchester United Supporters Trust), said: "Now is the time for the Glazers to go."This bond issue is just rearranging the deck chairs and still leaves the club with huge debts which they expect supporters to continue to fund."The day the Glazers put the club up for sale you can expect celebration on the streets of Manchester. Most supporters have had enough."

More borrowed money, but once the players come in (if the strories true) the muppet fans will be subdued again, The Fa and sir Lord Triesman allowed the United takeover to happen and they have a lot to answer for. there was also a reprt realeased today that said the Glazer's took £20 million away from the club in expenses over the last year, not sure how true this particular story is however.Manchester United's owners, who loaded the club with more than £700m in borrowings to fund their purchase, have taken £10m out of the club in "management and administration fees" and have personally borrowed a further £10m in the past year, it has emerged.http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/jan/12/manchester-united-finances-glazer-familyhow can they take one of the few clubs in the world without any debt in 2005 andplunge us into the most debt ever seen in Football. all this was allowed to happenwill be interesting to see how we're affected when the new CL rules on finances come into place

I knew, but the fact he aint even scouting players no more is shocking. Just wants former Arsenal players and former Spurs or his players.
lolHe doesnt even care though, told our AGM he used to go Highbury as a kid. Has blatently admitted to all our supporters he did his utmost to sign Sol and Viera. Fully doesnt give a f*ck.

Arsenal are looking to get Saha aswell? 5/1 Skybet for anyone that believes Arsenal will sign their second United reject.
if they sign Saha and keep him fit, it'll peak times for a lot of teams

Sergio Canales: Spanish Teen Wonderkid Chased by Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City & ChelseaNearly every major European club has been alerted to the emergence of yet another top class creative midfield talent in the shape of Sergio Canales. The 18-year-old Racing Santander midfielder has only made 13 league appearances for his club but his three starts in the last three games have yielded four goals including a brace in the 2-1 away win at Sevilla. Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal have been the most strongly linked clubs but Real Madrid and Barcelona are also in the hunt. The teenager’s contract is set to expire this summer although there is a clause in his current deal that would give the youngster an automatic one-year extension if he should play 450 minutes for the club. This time period is likely to be completed over the course of the next three games but a plethora of clubs are trying to convince the club to sell now.Canales is a product of the Racing Santander academy and has been tipped for the top for some time but few expected such an immediate impact. Rafa Benitez has been eyeing the youngster’s progress after being tipped off by his scouting network in his homeland. The signing of Canales would be relatively cheap and would fit in with the work Benitez has done on improving the level of young talents coming through at Anfield. There’s no doubting that Liverpool are in need of more creativity since the departure of Xabi Alonso and Canales would be ideal if the club could tempt him.The fact that Liverpool has both a Spanish manager and a number of Spaniards in the first team may well appeal to the player’s agent and father Angel Canales who would prefer his son to stay in his homeland but if he were to move abroad, then where better than Liverpool?
