is the job for a graduate or professor of some kind with the relevant renumeration levels? are you hiring someone to write the companys political manifesto ? did the job ad specify that extreme literacy was a must ? if its just a £5 ph cleaning jobs then the extreme rage is unjustifiedbut did you know i can usually find about 10 spelling errors in a broadsheet every day, ten years ago i will struggle to find one. literacy is on the decrease but this is actually the fault of the (blair ) government and the hyperization of feminism so if you are directing your tirade against these forces i have no truck with you* to find out why feminism is to blame stay tuned to my website, or ask for a brief explanation, its actually quite ironicbut going through cvs is one of the easiest things a human can do as a job in this world,(its all too easy to watch an episode of apprentice one night and come through guns blazing the next day thinking we are a bit of a big boy superstar, but we must learn to resist that temptation ) OFC we hope to find the suitable applicant for the role but understand that part of that is browsing through some undesirable applications. one thing you can do is if the job merits it, request applicants to have certain qualifications that will preclude the less literate individuals, and thus make your search more efficient. thank you for being helped by me.
