After suffering a loss to fellow teammate MCZ|Mago at the UK Street Fighter 25th anniversary qualifier earlier today, it was reported that Ryan Hart had been suspended indefinitely by Western Wolves for posting some negative remarks on Twitter.

Western Wolves, who's sponsored in part by Mad Catz, issued this statementon their website.

In light of the events during the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary tournament in Telford, United Kingdom, Western Wolves has decided to suspend Ryan Hart until further notice.

His actions after his loss against fellow Team Mad Catz player, Mago were not fitting of a Western Wolves player. His tweet did not portray good sportsmanship or professional conduct. It did not reflect the views and values of Western Wolves in any way.

On behalf of the entire organization we would like to extend our apologies to Mad Catz and emphasize that we hold them in the highest regard.

Ryan also posted his own apology on Twitter.

I know everyone likes a bit of drama, but I'm sorry Mad Catz. I just said that out of frustration to my loss. Everyone knows Mad Catz rocks!

I understand Ryan's POV however you keep your views to yourself.

He has come across unprofessional. How can you bash the sponsor that has given you the opportunity to travel around the world to play video games.

You didn't see France moaning when Problem X taking one of their spots.

Bottom line he was not good enough, he should go back to the training room.

i can see where hes coming from though. They dont give a sh*t about man, madcatz saw the op to get more money (which makes sense they aint sponsoring dons for nothing) so they sent mago to take his spot because he has more of a chance of geting top 5 than Ryan Hart. But if i was him id be pissed that his sponsor doesnt even respect him or rate him that they look at him as expendable as they are.

Because Ryan is like top 3 selected in EU. Add USA and Asia and his stock drops dramatically.

All im saying is, as a sponsor you have so much expenses, that you gotta send your best chances of winning the prize.

I don't see why he was salty. He was in the winners finals vs Momochi, perfect chance to get to San Fran, but he didnt win. Its not Mad Catz fault they brought over Mago, thats what they are supposed to do.
