I used to just about do 5 reps of 100kg (first method) but after doing that once, f*ck THAT... Aint even worth the fatigue..I've slipped though, didnt go to the gym for a lickle while, i was lifting 70kg (10 reps) today and i was proper struggling... I feel proper unfit but the only way i get motivation is when i see my definition go, but by then its too late and it takes me like 6 weeks to get back in shape.. Lameness..I need something for the inner chest aswell, it just aint really there, cable flys work for me, is there anything else?

bench flys work as well. do flat bench. and inclined bench, this is where the machines come iin..cos you could do high, sloooow reps, on light. these work them very well. e.g. 25 reps, then 15, 10, 5. lying crossovers with a barbell also work them. variate them with all these and there should be a big change after 3 months

They're machines that are worth using right?And yeah i also saw one in my gym thats a lat pulldown thingy, and a behind the neck press.
yeah i used that behind meck press yesterday and my shoulders r f*cked! i did about 6 on 40k

The bar is 20k, then 2 x 20k plates on each side. I aint gunna kill myself though, I like the pace that I work at.The fly machine me and my mate kill, we do the whole of it. There are 15 slabs, need 2 find out if they are Kg or Ilbs

is reggie black tom?100k being 45kg on each side and the 10kg bar, or 50kg on each side and even more with the bar? big either way tho, my best is 5 reps of '100k' but going by the first method which to me isnt a proper 100k.

When I do tricep dips one of my arms always feels weird, like the muscle is properly straining and stuff.Is my technique incorrect or do I just have one weaker arm?If my arm is weaker how do I sort out the imbalance?
u probly have a weaker arm,most people do but yr technique cud be incorrect also or u got some trapped nerve or suttinto correct this do exercise on th weaker side for a few weeks and make sure yr stretching properly and yr problem aint down to that.its hard to describe the series of exercises u cud do i forgot the correct terms,it wud be much easier to show u in person.let me know if u can afford a personal trainer, the results will be worth the modest fee i guarantee
