People will be killed as long as there are armies so that won't end anytime soon, we used to have National Service in this country where you didn't have a choice, my uncle who is French and lives here was recalled to do his National Service. If these people can't be of any use to a civilised society then give them use, as opposed to the thousands of decent people dying and leaving wives/kids behind put these guys on the frontline as opposed to them sitting in jail playing playstation and eating up all our taxes.
