I don't see a correlation between abstinence and focus or unless your priorities aren't correct.

Also 'the game' is one with cumulative rewards, you naturally seek girls whose attributes are superior to those you're accustomed to. Your confidence and technique increase with every conquest. Over time you build up your HP not so that you can entertain girls from both ends of the spectrum but so that you can skim off the cream at the top until one day, God willing, you are satisfied. This quest should work in unison with your life, as you better yourself you should expect to attract and retain a better specimen of woman.
