I cried when I watched this movie, it just brought it home how much people fail their kids when they don't encourage and support them in their education.

 

 

1 of the GOAT black movies still.

The scene when the black kid dies in this film is probably the most emotional scene I've ever watched.

Though this is a recollection of when I watched it when I was like 10, still, more emotional than I remember Lion King or Will's dad leaving.

Gonna buy the boxset and watch it all over again. Been a few years now since I seen it. I should definitely enjoy it as its been ages.
