@local yeah I went just for a couple weeks didnt smoke while I was out there then when I got back I thought 'let me keep this going' and never turne back.

Same. How did you do yours? I had a run in with a fat kid on a swing when I was about 5

Football to the face. Chasing the ball as it rolled towards the keeper, full force punt absorbed by my nose. I remember even twitching my nose or pulling certain facial expressions hurt for WEEKS.

Dont smoke at work but already been out for 3 today as my boss is killing me, such a busy fucker and patronising as fuck as well!

You ain't really quitting for good. You're just quitting until you start again, you know you're gonna go back to it eventually. You're just waiting to crack.

If you don't have absolute confidence that you're never gonna smoke again then you can't really stop

think im just gonna try and get into smoking at weekends or something, i can go the day at work without smoking so im halfway there, but its the evenings when i start tearing my hair out and after a few days i cant sleep properly.

I quit the Tuesday before last, cold turkey.

You have to really REALLY want it before you even try there's no point of you still enjoy smoking. Saying that I just woke up from having a dream that I was smoking and I was really disappointed in myself, even my subconscious mind wants me to quit so I think I'm okay

Probably smoking about 5 fags a day and 2 zoots in the evening, I'd already quit once before when I was smoking 10+ a day and 3 zoots or so.

Promised myself to stop smoking cigs after getting in 200 from duty free couple months bk.

 

Started smoking cutters choice, £4 pack lasted me a good 3 weeks or so. 

 

Smoking less & saving money, good move so far.

Got one deck once they are done wont buy any. I only really like that after munch cig and wait for my train cigs lol. Aint smoked cro since saturday night. Feel clear headed gona keep it going for a while
