Smoked my last cig 11 months ago, just went cold turkey - gets a hell of a lot easier after the first 3-4 days. 

The majority of my mates smoke too & I don't even feel the urge when I'm around them

 

p.s. I know Skola is just sat there thinking "what did I do to deserve this"

I smoke maybe 7/8cigs a day, 12+ if i'm out drinking or at social events

 

Went 3 days about a month ago with no caffeine/tobacco and felt like shit, really need to stop soon.

Football to the face. Chasing the ball as it rolled towards the keeper, full force punt absorbed by my nose. I remember even twitching my nose or pulling certain facial expressions hurt for WEEKS.
