I was with plusnet and it was flawless

Now with sky. Absolute sh*t

I dint understand how sky can f*ck it up so much

What made you change?

Moved properties and the sky offer was too good to refuse. Plus I only get 2mb here so I'm not that desperate to pay £25 for plusnet.

Going to switch to that fibre deal 76 mb (19.99) with 140 cashback and 15 p/m line rental

you're paying £10 a month + line rental though right? Which ends up £25+

these companies really need to get rid of this ridiculous model which makes you have to pay for a phone line that's unnecessary

Virgin I'm paying under £25 combined and measuring
