Avatar will get all the best cinematography awards and probably best director, but it sure as f*ck doesn't deserve best picture

Haven't seen the Lovely Bones, but I'd like to see Stanley Tucci pick that award up.

And I reckon Carey Mulligan will get Best Actress.

"Un Prophete" MUST take best foreign film, if this isn't taking it I will shake my head.

Christoph Waltz has won best supporting actor when ever nominated for this role.

Best Picture shouldn't be going to "Avatar", there are films on that list with a better film all round.

"Un Prophete" MUST take best foreign film, if this isn't taking it I will shake my head.

I haven't seen either, but based on the previous films of both directors, my vote would go to The White Ribbon (Michael Haneke) over Un Prophete.

I really do need to see both of these films though. I'm just more excited for The White Ribbon.

That's more to do with the technology than the film though.

It deserves all the special effects awards it gets, but there were def better films this year... The Hurt Locker, Moon, Inglourious, Burma VJ, Up In The Air, Un Prophete spring to mind

It will clean up across the board though

Animated category could be interesting in terms of Up vs Fantastic Mr Fox, Pixar dominate the Oscars as well though
