Skenghis Khan
favourite sarnies. steak, baguette butter one side, horseradish other egg, bacon, black pudding (substitute with saus if ur a p*ssy) fish finger ketchup and mayo. pastrami, mustard, pickles on rye, aka 'the four by two' honourable mention: these crab sandwiches this old irish lady used to make. patty in coco bread - dunno why this works so well, its basically a pie sandwich, which gave me an idea for a recipe, 'The Guvnor': big soft white bap, smear one side with liquor, shove a pie in, douse with chilli vinegar squash it shut and demolish the bugger. sum of my more kinky experiments: curry and rice (leftover takeaway, kung po chicken worked well too) peanut butter and smokey bacon (i think this is called 'the elvis' -recipe of an old work colleague) its actually pretty good, wont be doing it again tho. Guest WAVESURFER
Classic BLT (only my own though, everything on it has to be just right or I'm not involved) on ever so slightly toasted white bread, spread with mayo & black pepper. Square sausage and potato scone (TTKK), on a buttered roll/bread with ketchup. Chorizo, olive oil & garlic on a lightly toasted baguette. Shredded roast chicken and coleslaw on anything.
