Source: Sporting Life ItalyFiorentina have rubbished reports they have accepted an offer from Tottenham for Argentina midfielder Mario Santana.Viola sporting director Pantaleo Corvino was quoted in an English newspaper on Friday confirming that the 26-year-old was set to travel to London in the coming days to join the Premier League club.However, vice president Mario Cognigni has poured cold water on the idea."The news about the possible transfer of Santana is completely false," he said."We have created so many good players that it is inevitable we are handed requests about them."But in this case there has been false information.
