i eat when im bored if im at home thats why i make sure i dont have any crisps or anything bad to snack on lying around so moretime il just have fruit. sometimes though when ive made a rally good meal even when im stuffed i cant bare o leave any of it so i still force myself to finish it

Today i paid for a kfc meal, had like one TINY bite of the burger and couple chips. Ended up giving it to my friend to eat as i couldnt waste it.

yeah i'm the same, i snack all day, don't even eat a proper breakfast or lunch which is really bad. then i'll have a big dinner in the evening, which I can never finish cos i've eaten too many snacks during the day. i need to change my eating habits still, luckily i don't put on weight easily.

i try and eat once every couple of hours. i got up at 11.30 and had a bowl of porridge, bout half an hour ago i had a snadwich with cheese, houmous and olives and i'll eat agin at about half three. Then i'll go to the gym for 2 hrs, then i'll have dinner, then maybe sum scrambled eggs on toast before bed.
