Spend it wisely and you will be laughing. Because you haven't got as long until the next installment.Me however, I'm currently left with £170 from the grant and loan. My £1000 deep overdraft, and having to pay rent for three months, and some other costs have hit me hard. However, I cancelled my overdraft, so when the next loan drops, I'll be cool, and then I can start saving for a car properly.

Prepare yourself for d*ckhead drivers. The midlands are full of them. And make sure you don't stop no matter what. And I know about the paying three months rent. It's better in the long run, but it leaves you broke if you don't have a job still. And Messygyal, it's supposed to help cover rent and bills. However, the grant you get is meant to go towards books and helping buy food. but boy, my entire loan, worked out to be my first year halls of residence rent for the whole year. If I didn't have the grant I would be f*cked. One of the benefits of getting a house in second year. Cheaper rent. Yet, I'm still broke.
