I'm getting weary...

Argh man...Maybe it's the fact I'm 21 in less than 2 months...Maybe I'm getting soft...Maybe I'm listening to too much R'n'B...But friggin' ell, I can't do this sh*t no more right now. This bachelor sh*t is getting a bit tedious and boring. I mean, I was discussing this with another Vip2'er the other day and he even he was shocked that this was coming so soon. I mean, why tolerate these overly-emotional, naive women when it ain't even serious. Maybe I'm going through a rough patch where I'm meeting JUST these types of girls but sh*t's depressing.Even when I think I've met someone who I'm thinking 'Yeah, she's aight. She's ACTUALLY managed to get me to talk to her whilst I'm playing Pro Evo/FM Manager'', I now she's lied about some sh*t and she can't be trusted. Which is a f*cking shame...I dunno man, I'm drained right now.I mean, even IF I contemplate being with ONE girl, which I ain't even gonna lie, has been going through my mind alot recently, I'm 99% sure that when I hit my mid-20's-late-20's, when I've attained career success, material goods etc not to mention I'm going to look twice as good, I'm going to be even MORE desirable a man meaning I'll go back to my bachelor ways...*stares at NoB ring*

LOLAll you need to do is seriously ask yourself if you want a companion for the rest of your life. Then when you come across one you think is worth it, you roll the dice and hope it comes up good. Obviously, you have probably linked enough girls to have a rigid criteria and weed out the waste, but it's still a gamble. All you can do is try to lessen ther odds of you losing out.

If you haven't met someone then this is not the right time. You can't just decide you're ready to settle down and then find someone that easily. Just open yourself up to the possibility, it will still take time to find someone right.

The "bachelor lifestyle" is a fallacy used by men who are unable to commit in relationships to make them feel less weak.
LOLAll I know is I feel happier in a relationship than I do not in 1.Ive heard all the arguments against being happier in a relationship and some even make me think, even my own father told me not to find happiness in a woman but im a guy who works better with a wifey straight up.

biggrin.gif LOL NO HOMO.Nah but ril talk, the bachelor life does get long after awhile, before my previous wifey I did it for atlst 2 yrs and eventually got bored of it and settled down for a bit. But for the moment I prefer to be alone can't really be bothered with the burdens of a relationship tbh.*Holds up NoB chains, puts on NoB stunnas, rings, watches and gets into NoBmobile and speeds off into the sunset blasting music about murder, rape, money and drugs*

Don't be silly now...I never ever said there was anything wrong with being a bachelor. What I was implying was that it's hard to be a 'bachelor' at THIS stage in my life because the girls available do not understand the dynamics of dealing with one...The ones who DO, are usually donuts whom I don't bother dealing with...I'm not naive enough to think that this is an easy lifestyle because with the freedom comes certain things you have to put up with but RIGHT NOW, with all the other stress I'm dealing with, naive girls just make my life THAT little bit more irritable.Again, when I'm at my peak in 5-8 years, I'll be dealing with women hopefully so it won't be as bad.

True, but its a thing you should grow out of as a man.It isnt an EASIER lifestyle, it is just something that avoids people haveing to deal with guilt/difficulty with temptation imo, as you said, it brings no less stress than actually having a girlfriend..I mean, why is it you think people "grow out" of it, or generally stop it when they become a mature man...?Not just because they have sampled everthing in the sexual buffet of life...However, I agree with the theories behind most of what ya said...

f*ck it, I might take an indefinite break from the game...It's got to the point where I wanna step up my game as a man and attain certain things with 100% focus...I think my main problem has been that I've been meeting and speaking to too many silly ass women and it's just been pissing me off so I need a minute to cool out so I can appreciate them for their flaws as well as their qualities like Smaddy & Face Off said...

To be perfectly honest, I think in GENERAL, that's the reason why alot of men want to stick with their bachelorhood. I wouldn't say it's the main reason why they don't commit themselves to 1 woman but it's definitely an important one.I mean, if I was to be honest with MYSELF, I'd say it plays a part. I mean, without going into too much detail, I've seen the problems my parents had to face when it came to adultery in their marriage and I've seen the absolute looseness of other men in my family i.e. uncles, cousins etc and I promised myself I would never replicate such even if that meant not committing whatsoever because temptation is a mothaf*cker...I remember being semi-serious with 1 girl a few years ago and without even being aware of it, I would be all up on other girls with no remorse up until the following which showed me alot about myself. That's not to say I'm going back on my initial reasons for staying relationship-free (Maintaining a VERY high standard for a partner, self-development, patience), but again, the aforementioned reasons have played a part...

Jones i did the same thing last year and have recently decided its time to get back into it, its good for the most part but the problem is that when you want "back in" the game that you can come a cropper again and end up meeting the same type of women, which really isnt a step forward or back, its just same point you were at, shits crazy

You grow up, you change, you elevate, but the girls you check for, run into, and meet, are at the same level from when you first started this, hence it becoming easier to get females.THAT is why you're bored. And THAT is why you SHOULD take a break.Until you meet a woman to challenge you, mentally, besides sex, you'll ALWAYS be bored.Jam for now Mike. With any female, sex is no longer enough for me, hence me not even bothering with females (and I haven't for a while either). No one i've met has got me, and KEPT me interested. Not on my level, wavelength, just not on my radar.Take that as arrogance, or take it as me growing up and changing. I say the latter.
