Just got homeReferee sold the game.End ofWe played sh*t because our key man got sent offIf we had 11 men it would have been a totally different game because Mascherano holds the midfield together and allows Gerrard to do what he likes.. Thats why Torres was so innefective cos there was no supportLook at f*ck*ng Eboue he was doing the same thing as what Mascherano did but 2 times worse when he was on a yellow and didnt get sent offf*ck the ref thats all Im saying.. No teams go to Old Trafford and get a decision their wayIts like going there and expecting to lose because of a STUPID referee decisionf*ck*ng pricks.PS: Ferdinand >> Any centreback in the worldGood that arsenal lost3rd place is ours.

LOLMy assessment. It was fairly even until Mascherano got sent off, Gerrard was playing rubbish even BEFORE that though. But even after the sending off there wasn't THAT much in it, it was just that Man Utd had more attacking players who could create and score whereas Torres was isolated for the entire game really, Babel (then Benayoun) and Kuyt were largely ineffective especially in the second half.Rooney did well in creating chances but I wouldn't say he played great because he showed quite poor finishing.Reina was poor as well, the second goal he should have done better with and after that goal went in it was all over.Man Utd's defence wasn't tested at all.

No matter where you go, whether it's in reality or on the internet you always get mans who chat bare bullshit.Like 'Pool controlled the game up until the sending off' and all sorts. The amount of bullshit excuses and opinons I heard today was also ridiculous and by reading the sports room over the last couple weeks by the looks of it some people are clueless. Some opinions are not worthy of any sort of response, bare clueless and sh*t.The whole Ronaldo argument just looks like people are on some bandwagon. When he don't score it's all 'CR7 don't score against big teams' with all these statistics flying about. But when he does score but has a decent game he gets the whole 'But he had a sh*t game' and then comparisons to Kaka and Ronaldinho's performances in past are put forward or some bullshit. You just can't win.
c/sBut some of them people aren't really cluelessI think sometimes they just let their hate for rival players/teams cloud their judgement

Had ronaldo not scored...
But he did score & thats the point.
My point is he didnt play as well as you now expect him to and his goal made his overall performance seem better than it was. big him up though im not one to hate, ronaldo is a badman and has been for a while. We were poor todau but i do think the sendin off contributed to it. How can u take part of what i say and then reply to that rather than my actual argument on that subject. Either way iv said my piece and we lost its done nothing we can do now. Ref took the piss though, for once andy gray was right. I know say if it was the other way round today there would still be arguments on here and people would still be saying uvas chat sh*t n all sorts. Man u fans would have some opinions liverpool fans would agree with so i dnt see the big going on the defensive when someone says what they think of the games events its just opinion dont mean someones chatting sh*t its how they saw the game.

There was 2 reasons why Torres was so ineffective today and at Anfield earlier this season.1. Rio is arguably the best cb in the world2. We've got the best defence in the league
1 question serious question. Do you think he got kicked about unfairly quite a bit in that game aswell as getting marked out of it quite a bit.

There was 1 reason1. Mascherano sending off.Refer to what darkman quoted from me and you'll understand.
Thats a good reason for the second half but it's not a good reason for the 1st half when it was 11 v 11 and the game at Anfield

He was unfit.Torres relies on pace and explosivenessWhen your not fit none of those will be maximized

Thats the only way they can stop Torres by injuring him
Reds boss Rafa Benitez admitted Torres could be forced to withdraw from the Spain squad after picking up a few knocks at Old Trafford."He has some knocks on his ribs and ankle -- a lot of knocks and a lot of kicks," said Benitez. "I was just trying to protect him. The doctors will do a scan and we will see."

He probably didBut these things happenAsk Ronaldo aka one of the most fouled players in the premSome players get up, shake it off, and carry on playing, some just spend the rest of the game hiding in defenders pockets

Its different for strikersAs a striker you are ALWAYS man marked and the defenders are close to you niggling at your ankles or elbowing you on the slyRonaldo just dives all over the place.. When he gets fouled everyone see's t because its on cameraWhen a striker is being marked off camera you dont see the little cheap shots by the defenders who mark them tightly.. Rio and Vidic are the bully types as wellPeople who play competitive football will understand where im coming from

lol see i find that unecessary, look back over torres season and see how dirty some of the tackles on him are. yeah ronaldo gets fouled alot thats true, torres gets up and gets on with it though cant say he dont. Only 2 defenders i've seen able to shackle him in a game without the fouls this season and they both play for the same team. Richards and Dunne.

I understand where your coming from but Rooney played upfront by himself today and probably went through the same thing against Carragher and Skrtel. Probably not as much as him cause he drops deep and goes to wings to get the ball.
