Looked on BBC and they said that the letters are completely educational and that they won't take action, contrary to what was said in the letter (apparently people were told they would have their connections cut). Also it said they are only doing this for 10 weeks.

i think its good this is happening we had our fun getting music and movies for free and the industry and artists have suffered enough and this transitional period has made many artists go independant so NOW that a lot more bullshit has been cut and less people listen to radio and go directly to the arstists mypace or whatever to get the REAL DEAL i dont really mind buying the cd cos then i know more time im feeding the artist and not his a & r man.man is gonna buy every masta ace album at hmv and mixtapes.

Music and films are way too expensive, they mass produce the albums but look how much they chargin ffs, they deserve to be poor how can you write a song and become a millionaire, now way, they don't deserve the money.
