i use situations at uni, group situations

an always say i was the group leader, an then explain what i did, and then say we got a great mark in the end

say stuff like some people weren't pulling their wait (the correct answer here is not to cut that person out the group, that doesn't work in work, u pair that person up with someone who is working hard or u give that person work which matches their strengths/discipline)
